A resource for learners aged 14 – 19 years old who are studying GCSE / NVQ Level 1 Hospitality and Catering. This resource includes a series of video clips, images and texts which provides information about kitchen equipment.

Each unit includes interactive activities to test the learner’s understanding about the equipment.

Use it in lessons on an interactive board or set it as independent work from home.

It can be used on a desktop PC / laptop / iPad or any other similar digital device.

This resource has been commissioned by the Welsh Government.
