Using digital display screens in schools facilitate communication, ensuring that students, parents and staff can be informed and contacted promptly.

You can display important announcements, changes to timetables, upcoming events, and urgent warnings immediately on digital screens.

This real-time communication not only gives the latest information to everyone but also improves general efficiency by reducing the dependency on traditional communication methods, such as printed pages or announcements over the intercom. ⁠Whether it is sharing school news, displaying achievements or providing relevant information, digital screens offer a seamless and effective method of fostering communication within the school. The screens can be placed in the hallway or anywhere across the site.

We have developed an innovative system that allows you to design and update the school’s digital screens, from any machine, at any time. The system offers a variety of templates that you can adapt to create your own unique screen. The system also has the ability to create a timetable with different contents showing on specific times / dates.

What is required?

HARDWARE

	You may already have a suitable display screen. Otherwise, we can advise you on a suitable screen that ranges in size from 32″ – 55″.
	You will need a computer / device with an internet browser. This device is included in our package.
	Electrical supply, and connection to the school network.

COSTS

PACKAGES

1 : BASIC

You will receive a design consultancy service and have a choice of 8 different templates for the broadcast. You will also receive training on how to edit and upload content to the screen. The price includes a device with a remote connection feature (so that we can solve problems without having to visit the site) together with the service of hosting the content on our systems.

2 : ADVANCED

Package 2 includes everything in Package 1 and also the content of the screens can be
scheduled so that the screen changes at different times of the day e.g. showing the lunch
menu at midday. You will receive training on how to change, populate and upload your own
content to the screen. The price includes a device with a remote connection feature (so that
we can solve problems without having to visit the site) together with the service of hosting
the content on our systems.

Price per year (£299+VAT)

3 : PREMIUM

In addition to Package 2 this pack includes maintenance. You will be allowed to make 10
changes during the year to update the screen. You will send us your changes by email, and
we will implement the changes received before 12pm the following working day. (Monday –
Friday)
