This podcast will discuss a climate change agreement (Paris, 2015) in which 195 countries in the world agreed on their intentions to deal with climate change.
Iolo Ap Dafydd asks Haf Elgar (Friends of the Earth Cymru) on the deal - and also Hefin Jones (from Cardiff University School of Biosciences ) leaves us with the question 'To what extent were governments fulfilling the Paris promises two years ago?'
